The practice demonstrates the IRC’s efficiency in developing constructive and civilized relations among broadcasters, which remain rivals struggling for the market share and audiences yet jointly resolve issues related to copyright and associated rights in radio broadcasting and maintain a common dialogue with the authorities regulating media activities.
The IRC will be actively involved in the process of developing solutions influencing the radio industry interests and, ultimately, radio listeners as the consumers, thus contributing to formulating transparent, logical, and universal rules of the game for the broadcasting market.
